Necklace with three cameos with female busts carved in amethyst with a border of rubies, pearls and diamonds in 18K yellow gold. Early 19th century.
It presents four Venetian chains joining the cameos with motifs of fine pearls and old-cut diamonds in 'pampillé'. It presents an oval cut ruby closure and pearl border.
