Eminent Halachic work by the MaHaril, Rabbi Yaakov Moelin, one of the great sages of his generation, originator of synagogue customs and enactor of community rulings. Rabbi Yaakov resided in Worms and Mainz, Germany. This book became a pivotal resource for laws regarding synagogues and prayers and has been issued in nearly twenty editions.
