Silver Spice Container. Apparently Poland ca 1800
Fruit-like silver spice container for Havdalah, handcrafted by a very gifted silversmith from poland, circa 1800
The base of the container is smooth and rounded, slightly wider than its upper part.
It upper part is designed as an apple covered with crafted silversmithing of motifs of plants and animals.
At the top of the container, a figure of a lion holding a pole.
Not hallmarked.
