תל-ליטוינסקי - המושבה נוסדה בידי האחים ליטוינסקי (אמיל ליטוינסקי ומשה (מוריס) ליטוינסקי), בסיועו הכספי של הברון פליקס דה מנשה, על אדמות המשפחה, ושמה נקרא לזכר אביהם, יעקב אלחנן, ממייסדי תל אביב. המושבה תוכננה על ידי ריכרד קאופמן, להיות עיר גנים על כ-1700 דונם, שחולקו ל-2000 מגרשים, אך בפועל עד שנת 1936 התגוררו במקום רק 24 משפחות, ברחוב אחד, רובם עולים יוצאי גרמניה. בעת הקמתו היה היישוב הקטן מבודד ומוקף יישובים ערביים ובדואים שהטרידוהו באש במהלך המרד הערבי הגדול.
חלק משטח המושב נכלל כיום בעיר רמת גן ועל חלק אחר נבנה בית החולים תל השומר.
