Frans Masereel (31 ביולי 1889 - 3 בינואר 1972) היה צייר וגרפיקה פלמי שפעל בעיקר בצרפת, הידוע במיוחד בחיתוכי העץ שלו המתמקדים בנושאים פוליטיים וחברתיים, כמו מלחמה וקפיטליזם. הוא השלים יותר מ-40 רומנים חסרי מילים בקריירה שלו.
