בלאוּ-וייס (Blau Weiss; גרמנית: כחול-לבן) הייתה תנועת נוער יהודית בגרמניה.
התנועה נוסדה ב-1912 בראשות ד"ר יוסף מרכוס, וייעדה עצמה לבניהם ובנותיהם של משפחות מתבוללות, שהיו מעוניינים בתנועת נוער כללית, אבל נדחו על ידי תנועות הנוער הלאומיות הגרמניות שסירבו לקבל יהודים לשורותיהן. מאחר שכך, הערכים עליהם חינכה התנועה את חבריה היוו שילוב טיולים בטבע ושיבה לחיי פשטות טרום-תעשייתיים ברוח תנועת הנוער הלאומית הגרמנית, "ואנדרפוגל" (ציפורים נודדות), עם מורשת ותרבות יהודית כללית.
רק ב-1922 אימצה התנועה פלטפורמה ציונית, ועודדה את חבריה להכשיר עצמם בעבודה חקלאית או מקצועית כהכנה לעלייה לארץ ישראל. באמצע שנות ה-20 של המאה ה-20 התארגנו במסגרת בלאו-וייס קבוצות נוער דתיות, [2] בהם השתתפו גם נחמה ליבוביץ וישעיהו ליבוביץ. בתנועה היו פעילים גם פרנץ קאהן ויעקב אדלשטיין. בסוף שנות ה-20 הוקמו סניפים של התנועה גם בצ'כוסלובקיה ובהונגריה, אשר נקראו "תכלת לבן".
