הספר יצא בהוצאת המוזיאון היהודי בפראג -
(בצ'כית: Statní židovské museum) הוא מוזיאון לתולדות יהדות צ'כיה. הוקם בשנת 1906 ונמצא ברובע יוספוב (הרובע היהודי לשעבר) בעיר פראג.
המוזיאון כולל ארבעה מבני בתי כנסת ומבנה בית טהרה לא פעילים, הנמצאים בשני רחובות ברובע, ומשמשים לתצוגת אוספי המוזיאון: חפצי יודאיקה, צילומים, ספרים, מסמכים ועוד. מתחם המוזיאון כולל גם את בית הקברות היהודי העתיק בפראג, שבו קבור בין השאר המהר"ל.
בסופו של הספר - 68 צילומים בשחור לבן של ההסטוריה של העיר, בתי הכנסת, בתי הקברות, תשמישי קדושה ועוד....
