Hand written proclamation calling by the Holy Rabbi Eliezer Zusia Skulen for family purity and for the establishment of Mikvah Taharah with much sacrifice in Bucharest, Romania. 
About 30 rows all personally hand written, in long condensed lines, etched by the Rabbi in spoken Yiddish, about the very importance of restoring the Mikvah Taharah in the city, called 'bud' (bath), the city's bathing house, and he expands on the shame and disgrace latent there. The Rabbi writes with his heart and soul, full of enthusiasm and zeal and his holy emotions that characterized him. 'היתכן ?!'  (How come?!) he arouses with affection and solemnity to renovate and modernize 'שיהיה ברמה הטכנית, ההגיינית והשכלול המודרני ביותר'.

On the back of the page, is timetable and schedule of a school, with pictures of the charity box of KKL - Keren Kayemet LeIsrael, various Zionist leaders, views of the renewed Land of Israel.
