Herzl - Solon in Lydia - First Edition 1904
Solon in Lydien, ein Schauspiel in drei Akten von Theodor Herzl.

A play in three acts (a version of it as a short story was published in 1900), which takes place in the sixth century BC and describes the meeting between Solon the Athenian and Croesus the king of Lydia. The story was also described in the writings of Herodotus and Plutarch. The play was originally staged at the German Theater in Prague, and was performed in Israel at Haohel theater in 1949, when Herzl's bones were brought to Israel for burial.
