A book of poems in Yiddish by Zelig Heller, with many beautiful illustrations by the Jewish-American artist Todros Geller (1889-1949), who was one of the leading artists in Chicago. The book includes six stunning two-color, lithographic quality plates, as well as many illustrations in the text, some on a full page. This is a limited and numbered edition of 500 copies, this copy is numbered 12. The colophon page includes a dedication by the poet and his additional signature below the number.
Yiddish, 208 pages, 24X16 cm. The pages of the book are in good condition, the cover is worn and loose.
