Crown Publishers, New York, 1980.
A special edition made for the sponsors of the book. Fancy leather binding with gold lettering and a diamond stone set in a gilded frame. Gilt page margins. Hard box covered with suede. Suede coating on the inner cover as well. On the cover it is written that the book was specially bound for Jona Hatzor, an Israeli who was for 20 years the director of the I.Hennig diamond brokerage company.
