Shulchan Aruch Even Haezer and Choshen Mishpat with chiddushei dinim and teamim by Rabbi Mordechai Yaffe.
Rabbi Mordechai Yaffe, author of Halevush (1530-1612), was the great talmid of the Rama. He headed the Vaad daled aratzos, and was rav in prominent Jewish communities: Lublin, Prague and Posen. As soon as they were published, the works of the Levush were widely accepted as classic halachah works.
