ספר עצות ישרות, מסודר על פי אלף בית, עפ"י ספרי רבי נחמן מברסלב. וורשא, דפוס B. Tursh, תרע"ג 1913. בראש השער מופיעה חתימת בעלות משנת תרע"ג: "לד' הארץ ומלואה זאב ברח"ד נ"י חענשינסקי".
בדף השער מופיע: "גם הוספתי את הספר תיקון הכללי", ואכן בעותק המופיע בספריה הלאומית נדפס בסוף התיקון הכללי. אולם העותק לפנינו נדפס ונכרך ללא התיקון הכללי.
