החכמת אדם של המשגיח רבי אליהו דושניצר.

הגאון הצדיק רבי אליהו דושניצר - ["ר' אֶלֶה"; תרל"ז-תש"ט], צדיק יסוד עולם. למד בצעירותו בישיבת טלז ובסלובודקה, ואחר כך למד אצל הסבא מקלם. בבגרותו למד בישיבת ראדין והיה למקורבו ותלמידו המובהק של החפץ חיים. נודע כאיש קדוש ומורם מעם וסיפורים רבים סופרו אודותיו. הוא היה אחד מהבחורים שזומנו על ידי ה'חפץ חיים' להוצאת הדיבוק הידוע.
לאחר נישואיו מונה כ'משגיח' בישיבות ראדין וסלובודקה, ולאחר מכן עלה לארץ ישראל והתגורר בפתח תקוה והיה מראשי ישיבת לומז'ה. רבים מגדולי הדור נחשבו לתלמידיו, ביניהם הגאון רבי חיים קניבסקי זיע"א שאף ערך את ספרו 'נחלת אליהו', שם הוא כותב שבשעת פטירתו אמר עליו בעל ה'חזון איש' שהוא היה מל"ו הצדיקים שבדור.
