מכתב הגאון רבי יחיאל יעקב וינברג בעל השרידי אש, אל הגאון רבי מנדל כשר
מכתב בכתב יד קדשו ובחתימתו של ראש ישיבת מונטרה הגאון הנודע רבי יחיאל יעקב וינברג בעל השרידי אש. מונטרי [שווייץ], תשי"ז [1957].
המכתב נשלח אל ידידו של השרידי אש, הגאון הפולני הנודע רבי מנדל כשר. המכתב עוסק בפרסומיהם התורניים של שני הגאונים, ובכתיבת הערות זה על חידושיו של זה. כמו כן עוסק המכתב גם בנושאים רבניים-קהלתיים.
הגאון הנודע רבי יחיאל יעקב וינברג [תרמ"ד-תשכ"ו], מגדולי תלמידי "הסבא מסלבודקה". כיהן כראש "בית המדרש לרבנים" בברלין. לאחר השואה הגיע למונטרֶה שבשווייץ, שם עמד בראשות הישיבה עד לפטירתו. מספריו: שו"ת "שרידי אש" ועוד.
