הספר נדפס לראשונה בשנת תקל"ה, ונדפס עתה פעם שניה. במהדורה הראשונה הספר נקרא אור עולם, ובמהדורה זו המביא לדפוס כתב: ספר לב חכמים הנקרא ג"כ אור עולם. אלם המחבר קרא לספר 'אור עולם, וספר 'לב חכמים' הוא ספר אחר מהמחבר.
בדפים האחרונים, רשימות פראמעראנטען מעשרות קהילות בהונגריה, ביניהם
רבי אברומל'ה שטיינר בן רבי ישעיה מקרעסטיר.
מצב טוב-טוב מאד. הכריכה נפרדה בחלקה.
