An ancient and magnificent edition of the Sifrei HaLevushim, printed a few years after the death of the author. This edition was printed under the supervision of Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh of Modena. In the preface he writes that he mentioned in the framework of customs that are not practiced in Spain and Italy, although the author brought them as simple because it was customary in Ashkenaz.

מצב; כריכות חצי עור עם בלאי. כתמי זמן, נקבי עש, דף השער בחלק אורח חיים כתמים קשים, חתך, ושיקום בשול. בחלק חושן משפט בשני דף אחרונים בשוליים תחתונות מעט כתמי עובש, דף אחרון חתוך בשוליים ללא חסר בטקסט. כללית מצב טוב מאוד.
