Dutch school, second half of the 17th century ‘Portrait of Mr. Arnoldus Ingen Housz (?-1690)’, unsigned. Mr. Ingen Housz died in 1690 as a soldier on the battlefield during the Battle of Fleurus (1690). This battle was part of the Nine Years’ War (1688-1697) against French expansionism. Oil on canvas, 110 x 87 cm.
