Marked '13' on its rim. Engraving on the cover from a later era: מתנת ר' צבי אלגביש המנוח לבית הכנסת בבית אבות "אפעל" שבט תש"ל"
Smooth oval case supported by four lion feet. Shield relief attached with nails at center, engraved with the letters צ.א..
2 rings attached to the right and left of the case. Impressive carrying ring at the top.
Very fine condition.
