Letter from Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook to Rabbi Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky. 1900 [?]. Regarding Megillat Esther readings in specific settlements.
Rabbi Yechiel Michel Tukachinsky was very involved in the halachot of reading Megillat Esther. He was of the opinion that the New City of Jerusalem should read the megilla on the 14th of Adar. Today, there is still a special minyan that reads the Megilla on this date.
