Colored Mizrach. Handwritten on Parchment. 19th Century
Mizrach. Handwritten on parchment. Written and illustrated with a seven-branched menorah. Middle of the 19th century.
Colored Mizrach. Apparently hung near the cantor in the synagogue. Nice manuscript on parchment with various colors. Within a circle at the top of the manuscript: דע לפני מי אתה עומד. The letters מזרח at center - from top to bottom - surrounded by chapters of Psalms. One chapter is written in the shape of a menorah and the second forms seven circles in red and yellow – representing the candles.
Old frame. Has not been inspected outside of the frame. Very fine condition.
