Chavat Da'at. Two Early Editions
Chavat Da'at on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh De'ah, containing two sections: Ba'urim and Chidushim, by Rabbi Yaakov Lorberbaum of Lissa. Polonne, [1817].
The chronogram of the printing year results in 1897, but it was likely printed in 1817.
An early edition of the book, printed during the author's lifetime.
Part of the title page in red ink. Printed on blue paper.
Owner’s signatures, marginal gloss in manuscript.

Good condition. Defect on the title page.
Chavat Da'at on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh De'ah, containing two sections: Ba'urim and Chidushim, by Rabbi Yaakov Lorberbaum of Lissa. Sudilkow, 1834.
Includes Torat HaShlamim by Rabbi Yaakov Reischer, author of Shvut Yaakov, on the laws of Niddah.
On the last page, a gloss by Rabbi Shimon Reischer, son of the author of Torat HaShlamim.
The title page mentions the author as still alive, though it is known that he passed away in 1832.
