Kuntres Kelil Tiferet – The Maggid of Vilkomir. Jerusalem, 5658 [1898] – Polemic with Unregistered Additional Leaves

Kuntres Kelil Tiferet, a polemical response refuting a letter cited in Tiferet Yisrael on the Mishnah regarding Moshe Rabbeinu, of blessed memory. In this work, the author demonstrates that the letter is entirely fabricated, a complete falsehood, and even contains heretical elements. Jerusalem, 5658 [1898]. Unique edition.

The author, Rabbi Chaim Yitzchak Aharon, was known as The Maggid of Vilkomir.

On the final page, the author presents a newly composed prayer intended to be recited during Keriat HaTorah, but strongly opposes it, stating: "It is erroneous and forbidden."

This copy includes two rare additional leaves: Hosafah Le-Kuntres Kelil Tiferet. These pages are not recorded in the Bibliographic Project and are not present in the copy housed in the National Library.

Additionally, two leaves from Tiferet Moshe have been appended.

A rare kuntres, especially with these supplementary pages.

10 leaves, [2], [2] leaves. 18.5 cm.

Good condition. Soft cardboard binding.
